@Jordainio Two reasons. Either 1) he/she ate in such a way to influence fat/weight loss (ie low carbs, high protein? & fat) or 2) you may have gained more lean muscle..which in turn is WAY better than losing silly scale lbs. People confuse that they wanna lose lbs when losing fat is the real goal. You wanna fit your clothes better, look better/toned etc? Thats FAT loss, not weight loss. Being skinny is pointless when there’s a lot of jiggle…like me prior to correcting my eating habits.
well i dont know how many times i can say this diet,diet,diet you can excercise 24 hours a day 7 days a week and not lose weight if your eating crappy foods change your diet and you will barely have to work out and you will still drop the weight easy
