These are my favorite. The price online is much better than in the stores even with shipping costs, which Amazon waived.
I’ve lost 45 lbs in the past year doing slim fast low carb and it is disturbing that the products are getting harder to find. I could eat these for breakfast forever.

Since I have Type 2 Diabetes, I must watch my carbs. These breakfast bars are actually pretty tasty, and help me start the day off right. I eat one most mornings, and my blood sugar doesn’t spike, nor do I have a “sugar crash” mid-morning. The bars are surprisingly filling, especially if eaten slowly and with a cup of tea or coffee.
