I was blown away! Look how different Kate looks at the premiere of Titanic, and her new movie. How refreshing would you find it to see more celebs with Kates old body, compared to Kates new one? Which photo does she look better in?

I am totally saddened by this.
I am constantly battling with body image- and I can see that she looked better before.
