weight loss help?
Question by lys: weight loss help?
Drop from a Australian size 11 to a size 9 (that’s like a US 7 to 5 & UK 9 to 7… I know some places don’t have in between sizes but that’s just the equivalent).
I am 5’4, weigh 134.92 pounds (61.8kg).
My BMI is 21-22.
Goal weight of 50-52kg.
I have to lose about 9.8kg.
Started at 140.21pounds (nearly 64kg). Lost a total of 5.27pounds (2.2kg) in 10 days.
I’ve changed my eating habits. Making portions smaller, cutting out “bad” foods, eating more fruit & veg etc. I know its important to drink 2L of water everyday so all I’m drinking now is water. And burning more calories than I eat everyday.
I’m taking a diet pill called ‘fat blaster max’ but I’m going off it. I’m switching to Hoodia Gordonii pill.
I do exercise everyday. Im getting a treadmill and I do 20mins training. Ill do an hour on the treadmill in the morning & a 20 minute cross training work out at night.
1. Can I achieve the next 22pounds (9.8kg) of weight loss I want?
2. Is it possible for me to go from an Aus 11 to Aus 9?
3. How long would it take for me to do those above things (roughly. I know you cant put an exact time on it)?
4. Is my diet okay? (Keep in mind that was only one day)
5. Am I doing enough exercise?
6. How can I stay motivated?
7. Was it a good idea buying a pair of size 9 jeans as motivation or will it make it worse?
8. Opinions?
Ps. Im not shallow, fishing for compliments or looking for any sort of validation. I am 100% serious. Its quite likely I could become overweight in the future (fam history) and we also have history of Kidney disease which is exacerbated by being overweight.
Thanks for understanding.

You want to loose weight….? Then eat everything “natural”, i mean uncooked food helps grow good figure, then you can wear whatever jeans you want. I cannot say that in detailed bcz, Im Indian and dont know your measurements, but if you like to have slim figure, natural food ( UNCOOKED) can help a lot!! See that all you eat is uncooked
