You have heard all the promises and you read allot of Blah Blah about how this next revolutionary thing is going to make you lose all this weight.Well I am here to tell you that if that “thing” did not work, then yes it was just alot of Blah. Let us start from the beginning. First, ask yourself what is it that you are trying to accomplish? What in particular is bothering you to make even want to consider losing weight?Is it your girlfriend next door that always showing off her goods? Alternatively, is it someone you are trying to impress? I know, it must be that dreaded High School Reunion date that is all of sudden coming up and you are nowhere near prepared.
Healthy Weightloss Goals Start
Why are you putting yourself through all this? Why are you torturing yourself into trying to please everyone else…except for yourself? OH..Did I say a bad word? I am sorry but I thought that the most important person in your life is..Well YOU.
Make no mistake about it; do not consider any of those things until you consider Yourself first. Now ask yourself what is it that you want? What’s eating at you inside that make you want to change?. When you talk about making changes to your body for whatever reason, you must first ask yourself. Because it is you and only you that CAN and WILL be making all the changes.
It Al Starts With You
So now that we have established why you want to begin a Healthy Weightloss Plan. Let’s get started! I know you are excited and you want to start right away correct?. However, let us talk a little about your inner health. Yes, this journey that you are about to take is not just for a few weeks or days then Wham..You’re all done!, not at all true.
Be Realistic When Preparing Your Healthy Weightloss Goals
In order to be successful at anything you must have the correct “mindset” or “focus” on the long-term goal. Please do not approach your weight loss program as a “Diet”. A Diet is temporary, but a plan can last forever if executed properly. Alternatively what you’re really looking to do is change your eating habits. Start saying to yourself you are already happy with who you are and what you are. I am not a physician or psychologist, but I do know that you must first “Love Yourself” or at the very leastlike whom you are “Right Now”..Not tomorrow. For even with all the weight lose in the World, if you are not satisfied now, then chances are you will not be satisfied then either.
That’s not to say that you should not continue to strive for your goals, reach for the Stars. However, remember that it is your “inner-self or spirit” that really counts. Because on the “inside” it does not matter how big or small, you are physically.
Healthy Weightloss Conclusion
Don’t Bounce around all over the place when it comes to choosing your plan of action. Confusion returns confused results and I don’t think you’ll be happy with that. Imagine spending your hard-earned dollars on all these “get skinny right away ” plans. Stay away from the Glamour and find yourself someone or even a group that has your similar interest in mind. You would be surprised as to who you may meet at a Weight Clinic meeting. Yes, someone just like you that needs a little encouragement to get them going as well. Remember this is for the “long-run”..The “Marathon”..Not the fast sprint to the finish line.
So when you finally make your decision, think about what I have said here. Before you begin, askyourself “What do I want for Me”? For it is Me that can make anything happen in my life today!
